Our Buildings Inspection and Management section in Gothenburg currently has 11 employees and works with HVAC in existing buildings. No one can do everything, but together we offer the customer a complete solution for installation-related projects through measurement/analysis, feasibility studies and construction calculations, design, technical project management, adjustment, installation coordination, inspection, OVK and maintenance planning.

We are growing and together with you we want to strengthen our offer of technical project managers. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of projects and clients, and you will be part of a company with dedicated experts.

In the role of Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for running projects from feasibility study and early calculation to completion. You will:

• Implement technical solutions together with our administrators and designers.
• Lead other consultants who carry out project design.
• Be a technical manager for plumbing or installation coordinator during the construction phase.
• Act as the link between the client and the contractor.

Qualifications

To thrive in your role as a Technical Project Manager, you are self-driven, committed and responsive. You can collaborate in a communicative way with both contractors and clients. We work long-term as a strategic partner to our customers, so you thrive in a relationship-building role. As a person, you are curious and find it exciting to come up with new technical solutions together with our plumbing designers and energy experts.

We see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a plumbing consultant, installation coordinator or contractor in the role of project manager.
• High school/civil engineering degree, relevant YH education or equivalent work experience in the industry.
• B driving license.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.

In addition to the above requirements, it is meritorious if you have experience of plumbing inspections.
