About the role

Our Product & Software Engineering business area is growing, and we are now looking for a technical project manager who wants to be part of developing our teams. You will work with a wide range of industries, from telecom and automotive to aerospace, medical technology and defense, and lead teams both internally at our development department in Gothenburg and at customer sites. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge while being an important part of our electronics development.


Requirements

We are looking for you who have a couple of years of experience in leading technical projects and who have a strong technical background in embedded systems. You have previous experience in software or hardware development, and you are used to working with agile methods and modern tools such as SAFe and Jira. As a person, you are a problem solver with a natural ability to coach and lead different types of people to success.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you:

  • Have several years of experience in project management in embedded development.
  • Have many years of experience working with software or hardware development.
  • Has experience of leading teams in agile development, preferably with experience of SAFe.
  • Have strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and are used to working in international environments.
