Are you an engineer with experience in technical project management in Life Science and ready for the next step in your career?

We are a dedicated team that helps our clients develop the life science products and processes of the future. We mainly work with projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical engineering plants, media systems and equipment. As a technical project manager with us, you are responsible for projects in various phases, such as feasibility study, design and implementation. Sometimes you will also have budgetary responsibility. Projects vary in size and technical nature. It can involve leading projects where we build new production facilities, implement production relocations or work on optimizations of existing processes. The projects also include coordination and management of specifications, procurement of components and equipment, commissioning and testing and validation. Then it can of course be expanded with other interesting areas.

We are looking for more employees to Stockholm/Solna, Södertälje and Uppsala, so please indicate in your application which location you prefer to work in. Regular commuting in Mälardalen may occur.

Qualifications

We believe that as a project manager with your good leadership, you engage and inspire your colleagues with clear goals, while contributing to a pleasant working climate. We attach great importance to your personal qualities, and we believe that you are a person with great drive and collaborative skills. With your good communication skills and enthusiasm, you get the group to achieve good results. Working in a structured and quality-conscious way is also a matter of course for you. It is in your nature to be social, flexible and you have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new projects and customer needs.

 We also believe that you can tick off the following skills / experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Life Science and experience of project management in the manufacturing industry. 
• An engineering or science degree
• Ability to express yourself fluently in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.

Advantageous experience:

• If you have any type of project management certification, it is meritorious.
• B-driving license
