AFRY has a global reach with deep roots in the Nordics. Together, we are accelerating the transition to a more sustainable society.

About the role

With 1500 employees, our Buildings business area is one of Sweden's largest players in the construction and real estate sector. We create sustainable, building-related, technology and design solutions for property owners, contractors and industry. Based on our qualitative offerings and products together with a focus on growth, sustainability and digitalization, we see many opportunities and a bright future.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and become part of AFRY's exciting future and the transition to a more sustainable society?

As a Tender Coordinator with us, you will have a central role in the region's tender work. Working closely with the region's business developers and tender managers, you will coordinate both single discipline and complex multi-disciplinary procurements in various procurement systems and manage requests in CRM systems. You will monitor tenders, manage enquiries, compile tender documents and manage tender documentation within our region. The role also includes producing summary documents for stakeholders, producing company documents, submitting tenders and monitoring award decisions. You are the spider in the web, convening meetings and ensuring that all the details are in place for us to deliver the highest quality tenders. For major requests within the region, you will be the contact person towards other regions within the company and you will have a wide network within the organization. If needed, you will also provide administrative support to the region. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is courageous, committed and a real team player. You enjoy taking initiative and have the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Your accuracy, communication skills and drive to meet deadlines make you an important asset to us. You have a natural ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, and you are used to delivering under time pressure.

We believe that you are results-oriented, work methodically and structured, are easy to collaborate with and are used to taking the lead in the work process with tenders. You have several years of relevant experience for the role. Experience in working with public procurement is an advantage. Business acumen and the ability to see business, as well as experience as an estimator or similar with a contractor is an advantage. Likewise, knowledge of CRM systems and construction law is good to have. To be relevant for this position, you should have a completed and relevant high school diploma or higher level of education.

Experience in tendering processes is a big plus, but we value above all your commitment, your personal qualities, good collaboration skills and willingness to develop together with us. At AFRY, we live by our values: "Brave - Devoted - Team players" which also says a lot about who we are looking for!
