As a tender coordinator with us, you will have a central role in the region's tender work. Working closely with the region's business developers and tender managers, you will:
You will compile tender documents and manage documentation related to the tendering process within our region. The role also includes preparing summary documents for stakeholders, company documents, submitting tenders and monitoring award decisions. You will convene meetings and ensure that all details are in place for us to deliver the highest quality tenders. For major requests within the region, you will be the contact person towards other regions within the company and you will have a wide network within the organization. If needed, you will also provide administrative support to the region. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is courageous, committed and a real team player. You enjoy taking initiative and have the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Your accuracy, communication skills and drive to meet deadlines make you an important asset to us. You are results-oriented, work in a methodical and structured way, used to taking the lead role in the work process with tenders, and business-minded with the ability to see deals. You have a natural ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, and you are used to delivering under time pressure.
