About the role

Are you a detail-oriented person who wants to work with some of the most talented engineers in the world?

We are strengthening our team in Malmö with new stars to work with some of the most innovative and high-tech companies in the region. AFRY works with a wide range of external projects, developing products for both national and international clients. Here you will be involved in delivering large-scale solutions to several different industries.

In the role of Test Automation Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with test automation in varying assignments. You will, among other things, increase the degree of automation by implementing and further developing test automation solutions and test cases at our customers. In addition, you will contribute with new ideas and approaches to test even more efficiently.

We work at the customer 3-5 days per week, which provides a varied everyday life with technical development and close collaboration with customers and colleagues. At the office in Malmö, we take advantage of the opportunity to socialize - we strengthen the team feeling through joint breakfast, coffee and regular team activities, and look forward to enjoying our roof terrace for barbecue evenings and after-work when spring begins to look forward.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of test automation experience
• A minimum of 3 years of college education in a relevant field
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, SoapUI or similar
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python or similar
• Certification: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation
• This position requires very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written to meet the customer's requirements. The assignments for this position will mainly be in security classified roles.

We are looking for you who have an eye for detail, thrive on working both independently and in teams, and like to take responsibility for driving projects forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute with your problem-solving ability, your analytical thinking and your experience in managing and reporting test results in a clear and structured way. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have a good ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in and contribute to technical discussions, and communicate clearly and effectively.

If you also have experience in hardware testing and documenting test cases and creating test strategies, we see that as a big plus.
