About the role
We are currently looking for Test Developers who want to continue to develop in their role with us at AFRY! We are a test group that together has a broad test competence - and we want to become more. We are therefore looking for you who want to work as a consultant and help our customers with exciting assignments in testing and verification!
As a test developer in embedded systems, you work with quality assurance of hardware-related code, programs and systems where you often initially identify what should be tested and how it is done most efficiently. The work involves developing both automated and manual tests, writing and executing them. Documentation of tests and results is an important part. You are responsible for and run the testing independently, often as part of a team. With us, you get exciting assignments with one of our customers in the fields of medical technology, telecom, Internet of Things, defense and security.

Requirement specification
To succeed as a test developer in embedded systems, we see that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in software development or other equivalent technical education.
Requirements for the role:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in test and/or software development
- Experience with Python, Matlab/Simulink, Java or other equivalent programming language.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in test analysis, test management or product development with agile methods
- Experience working in SW or HW labs with measuring instruments and tools.
You speak and write fluent English, which is often needed in contact with colleagues and customers. It is meritorious with knowledge of Swedish. For this role, we would like to see that you are a Swedish citizen, as it is a requirement for some of our customers.
