AFRY is growing with our clients and is currently looking for an ambitious leader with experience and interest in industrial investment projects. Project, Control & Management today consists of project managers with 0 to 25 years of experience from leading roles in industry and most of us are certified according to PMI or PRINCE2. We are all engineers with a genuine interest in technology, but our common driving force is the desire to develop in leadership and project management.

In your role as a consultant and Project Manager, you will be part of an organization that specializes in technical solutions for industry. We who support the recruitment are the Project, Control & Management business area, which specializes in project management and works with various roles in project management, project and program management and project coordination. Our expertise lies mainly in production and product development. The assignments mainly take place at our customers or in our own premises.

We currently see needs at our close customer who delivers advanced, technical solutions in defense, aerospace and security with a focus on development, manufacturing and support for the world market.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you with at least 3-5 years of work experience in project management in industry, preferably from production or product development. You are an engineer and it is meritorious if you have experience of projects in various industries, e.g. automotive, defense, paper & pulp, energy or similar.

As a person, you are careful and driven with great technical interest. You want to create successful teams, are driven by solving challenges together with others and you always contribute that little extra. Your ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a professional and effective manner is important. You must have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

For some of our customers, security checks and drug tests are mandatory, which you must be comfortable with.

For this role, we are looking for you who are traveling and can consider consulting assignments that include weekly commuting.
