About the role
We are looking to strengthen our team in Uppsala with an experienced street/land engineer and/or water and wastewater engineer. We are looking for you who have planning experience in neighborhood and street land. You lead assignments or are ready to take the next step to become an assignment leader.
Our projects range from early investigations and analyzes to detailed design and preparation of plans, technical descriptions and lists of quantities. We work largely in neighborhood land such as housing, schools and business premises, as well as in public land such as streets, squares and parks. Our team consists of soil and water engineers and landscape architects who work closely together in the assignments. With us, you work in a structured team, where your commitment, experience and business acumen are important success factors for our projects and towards our customers. We offer a cohesive group within the large company, which can best be described as professional, businesslike and who have fun together!
As an assignment manager, you are responsible for the progress, quality, finances and resource allocation of the projects, keep in touch with clients, and have a project planning role. You will be part of our assignment leader team where we work on the development of the section, plan resources, prepare tenders, etc. We believe that you will learn as much from us as we will do from you.
Requirements specification
We are looking for a positive employee who is driven by new challenges, qualitative results and the joy of supporting and developing together with other colleagues. You are responsible with a high ability to organize and prioritize your work.
You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. You speak Swedish fluently and express yourself well in speech and writing.
You handle land and / or water project planning well and are used to drawing up technical descriptions and bills of quantities. Experience of project management and/or 3D design is an advantage.
You have a vocational, university or civil engineering education or have gained knowledge through practical execution, for example through construction work, construction management or similar before your years as a designer.
