We are looking for two new employees in the Assistance Unit, we are looking for you who want to be part of and contribute to our business. The business includes 10 administrators in the areas of elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry and fees. The current service is mainly aimed at elderly care, the target group is both older and younger people with disabilities.
In addition to the Unit Manager, the organization includes an administrator and a specialist administrator. The specialist administrator provides the opportunity for supervision and guidance in the daily work. The working group is keen to look after each other and has a good community where they help each other.
Duties and tasks
As a caseworker, you have a holistic perspective and are based on the individual's needs, all investigations are carried out according to the IBiC model, Individual Needs at the Center. The tasks mainly consist of investigating, deciding and following up on the need for interventions under the Social Services Act. The work includes, among other things, home visits, attending / convening coordinated individual planning and planning efforts in connection with people being discharged from the hospital. An important part of the work is documentation and legal security. You work independently, but also in close collaboration with colleagues, other professions and organizations both internally and externally. In your daily work, you will have good support from colleagues, specialist administrators and the unit manager.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
- Adequate university education, social worker, social care or equivalent
- Knowledge of the laws governing the exercise of public authority
- B driving license
- You must be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing and be familiar with the Swedish language
- It is an advantage if you have experience of exercising authority within the Social Services
As a person, you can keep calm in difficult situations, prioritize and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You have a solution-oriented, empathetic approach and are clear and structured in your work. You are self-motivated and have the ability to take your own initiatives to ensure that work flows smoothly. You have good teamwork skills and attach great importance to providing a good treatment, both internally and externally.
