Job description We are looking for you who want to work as an administrative support for the school and preschool in the villages of Vistträsk, Vidsel and Korsträsk in close cooperation with the principal. You will have overall responsibility for the school and preschool's digital system, child and student registration, continuous management and registration of staff schedules, registration of staff sickness and health notifications, follow-up of finances, follow-up of the municipality's thinning plan and on behalf of the principal other processing and administrative work. Qualifications You have a post-secondary education and it is considered an advantage if it is in pedagogy, communication or social sciences. You have experience of administrative and/or clerical work. If you have experience of working with the computer systems used in the field, this will be considered an advantage. The systems you will work in, in addition to the municipality's e-services, are: - Nuddis - IST Administration - Visma We believe that you are committed to what you do and show flexibility and can easily adapt to different situations and their conditions. You are service-oriented, stress-resistant and not afraid to take your own initiatives. You are confident in working independently, while possessing good interpersonal skills. Formal education is not a requirement but can be considered an advantage. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. We offer a permanent position as an administrator at 50%. In the case of new recruitment, a probationary period is applied. If you as an applicant have pedagogical skills, there is the possibility of combining the role of administrator at 50% with educational content that together can amount to 100%. An extract from the police criminal record is required. Depending on competence, the pedagogical part can be placed in either school, recreation center or preschool. The workplace is Vidsel school and there is the possibility of teleworking one day a week for the administrative part. Last day for applications 2024-10-20.
