Read more about our benefits https://www.alvsbyn.se/arbete-och-karriar/personalformaner/ The Assistance Unit currently employs 9 caseworkers who exercise authority under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). In addition to caseworkers, the unit includes a head of unit, fee administrator, administrator, specialist caseworker and method developer. The specialist administrator provides opportunities for supervision and guidance in the daily work. The working group is keen to look after each other and has a good sense of community where people help each other. Duties and tasks The current position as an administrator at the Assistance Unit may involve processing in the area of LSS/Social Psychiatry or the area of Elderly. In connection with an employment, it will be clarified which area the service refers to. As an administrator, you have a holistic perspective and are based on the individual's needs, all investigations are carried out according to the IBiC model, Individual Needs at the Center. The tasks mainly consist of investigating, deciding and following up on the need for interventions under the Social Services Act. The work includes, among other things, home visits, attending / convening coordinated individual planning and planning efforts in connection with people being discharged from the hospital. An important part of the work is documentation and legal security. You work independently, but also in close collaboration with colleagues, other professions and organizations both internally and externally. In your daily work, you will have good support from colleagues, specialist administrators and the unit manager. Qualifications We are looking for people who have: - Adequate university education, social worker, social care or equivalent - Knowledge of the laws that regulate the exercise of authority - B driving license - You must be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing and be familiar with the Swedish language Meritorious - Experience of exercising authority within the Social Services, especially the area LSS - Read courses in social law and law - Experience of pulsen combine and Lifecare business systems - Knowledge of the IBIC working model Personal characteristics You are a person who takes initiative, is results-oriented and has the ability to make decisions.
