We look forward to your application with us!The Individual and Family Care unit handles the exercise of authority in children and young people, family law, financial assistance and adults and family homes. The unit consists of 13 caseworkers, an administrator, a 1st social secretary and unit manager. We are a small unit with good camaraderie, supportive culture and high degree of well-being. We are looking for an administrator who wants to be part of our team.
Duties and responsibilities
As an administrator at the Individual and Family Care unit, you may encounter a variety of tasks within the unit, the majority of which are linked to the exercise of authority. Depending on your qualifications, this may involve, for example, processing children and young people or processing adults with abuse cases and social contracts.
What they all have in common is a flexible and varied job that involves contact with people at different stages of life. Working in the social services' exercise of authority can involve rapid changes and sometimes a fast pace.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an appropriate academic education such as social worker, behavioral scientist or sociologist. For work tasks in the exercise of authority for children and young people, you must have a degree in social work or equivalent. You are driven and have good social skills and good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You are self-confident and flexible and have the ability to act independently. You are structured and solution-oriented.
Knowledge of current legislation such as Administrative Law and Social Law is an advantage.
Previous experience of the Combine system and experience of processing and documentation is an advantage.
B driving license is a requirement.

We offer you a permanent position of 100%. Access according to agreement. Probationary period may apply. Selection may take place continuously during the application period.
