The Individual and Family Care Unit consists of 13 caseworkers, a 1st social secretary and a unit manager. With us, you will be part of a pleasant and supportive team. Are you interested and want to work with us? We are looking for caseworkers with authority exercise 100% in the operational area Children and Young People. The unit is tasked with investigating, supporting, helping and providing services to vulnerable people in the municipality. Work tasks Your tasks mainly consist of the exercise of authority within the social child and youth care. Receiving reports and applications relating to children and young people, investigation, decision-making according to the delegation scheme, follow-ups and reviews of assistance under SoL (Social Services Act) and LVU (Act with special provisions on the care of young people). The investigation work also includes collaboration with the child's network and conducting motivational work with the family. Qualifications Degree in social work or other relevant degree at the undergraduate level in higher education with supplementary education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's eligibility requirements for the exercise of authority for children and young people. Previous experience of exercising authority is a requirement. You must have good knowledge of current legislation and BBIC. The work requires your ability to create and maintain relationships with children and young people, their families and various partners. You must have a good ability to reflect and analyze and be able to motivate and make informed decisions. You must be meticulous in terms of documentation and processing and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. Knowledge of languages other than Swedish is an advantage, as is experience of working in the Pulsen Combine system. You have good communication skills and are confident, calm and stable in your professional role, which is a prerequisite for being able to make quick decisions and act in situations despite limited information or difficult circumstances. You keep a realistic perspective on situations and focus on the right things. Requirements for a B driving license We offer you a permanent position of 100% with immediate start or as agreed.
