Work tasks As a teacher at Vidsel and Vistträsk School after-school program, you are responsible for planning, implementing and following up the teaching of the after-school program's compensatory and complementary assignments. In teaching, you focus on language and knowledge-developing working methods, core value issues, joy of movement and the democracy mission, but also to create learning environments that are challenging, stimulating and attract students to curiosity and learning. At Vidsel and Vistträsk School, you will have the opportunity to be involved in developing our after-school program. You are part of the leisure center's team that meets weekly to plan, follow up and develop quality work towards increased goal achievement. During the school day, you interact with the preschool class and the primary school in close collaboration with teaching teachers. You are also part of larger work teams in village areas and have joint meetings with Vidsel school's teacher corps to jointly drive learning processes and create equality for children in sparsely populated areas.
