We look forward to your application with us! Björkgatan's support and service housing is an activity based on SoL and LSS. The service also involves work as a housing support worker according to SoL. Staff are responsible for support and service around the clock to users. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening hours. Night shifts and weekend shifts are included. Lone work occurs. Duties and responsibilities Support and help the user in their daily life based on the granted intervention. You work from an individual perspective and the user's implementation plan. You must understand the meaning of SoL and LSS and accept and follow the legislation. Administrative tasks such as documentation and planning are computerized and an important part of the work. Computer skills are required as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing. Work with flexible schedules in Time Care. At Björkgatan's support and service housing, some medical tasks are performed on delegation by a nurse. The work can be physically demanding. The work includes contact and collaboration with relatives, SoL and LSS administrators and psychiatry. As a person, you are confident, stable and have good self-awareness. You distinguish between the personal and the professional and act in a way that is adapted to the situation. Qualifications The care and nursing program with a focus on disability/psychiatry or other education that the employer considers equivalent is a requirement. Knowledge and experience of working in the field of disability as well as psychiatry, neuropsychiatry and addiction is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and qualities such as teamwork and responsibility. Flexibility is a requirement as work in other activities may occur. A B driving license is required. You must be able to handle difficult situations while maintaining a professional approach. You must have a strong belief in people's ability to change and develop. Knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing) is an advantage. We offer you a permanent position of 100% with access 2025-01-06 or by agreement.
