Your main tasks in the service as a coordinator are divided into four overall parts: intervention planning SoL and HSL, substitute procurement, scheduling and various administrative tasks in collaboration with the unit manager. You will also work closely with the home care groups. Participation in meetings aimed at developing the business occurs. As a person, you will be structured and collaborative and able to adapt your approach to find solutions. Therefore, great importance will be attached to your personal qualities of action, planning and coordination. As a coordinator, you will work closely with your colleagues and unit managers to ensure that the right users receive the right services in accordance with the decisions granted. Working hours are Monday - Friday during the hours 06:30-15:30. Travel within the municipality occurs.
