Fluxen's day activities are daily activities according to SoL, which aim to provide participants with social interaction, structure and meaningful content in everyday life, as well as providing relatives with temporary relief. The day care activities are designed to help stimulate physical activity and to maintain the functions required to maintain the performance of activities of daily living. Day activities are a discretionary service. Our goal at the day activities is to support the participants to utilize their resources and abilities. This can be done through activities such as walking, baking/cooking, singing, gardening, individual training/activities, where we also attach great importance to the participants' own wishes if possible. We work on the basis of the social services' values for elderly care, which means that everyone should be able to live a dignified life and feel well. Work tasks The treatment of the participants is of great importance and we attach great importance to this. As an occupational therapist, it is important that you feel confident in your professional role and enjoy working with older people. The tasks include, together with the team, having overall responsibility for planning activities related to participants' wishes, abilities and needs on an annual, weekly and daily basis. Furthermore, be responsible for the implementation of planned activities. The work also includes assessment of activity capacity, home visits, advice and support to relatives. Development work is constantly underway in the business and our hope is that you will take a driving role in the development work together with us. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. We would like you to have experience of similar activities. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We want you to be self-driven and take responsibility for your work tasks, be responsive and relationship-building in the meeting with the participants and their relatives, have good empathic ability, good treatment and have good collaboration skills, be flexible and innovative and see opportunities.
