Work tasks As a teacher, your main task is to be responsible for planning, carrying out and finishing teaching. As a teacher of mathematics and science subjects, your task is to motivate and give each student the opportunity to develop successfully. You will actively contribute to the development of the school as a whole and take responsibility for ensuring that pupils reach their full potential. Mentoring is part of the service. Qualifications You have a teaching license with the authority to teach mathematics and science subjects in the later years of primary school. You are a clear leader who works actively for safety and study peace in a creative classroom where students are involved. You teach in an inspiring way and engage with students and their goals. You understand the importance of creating good relationships with young people and have a low-key approach that is permeated by trust in the students. You are prepared to reflect together with colleagues on your own and others' approach and treatment.
