The Assistance Unit and Individual and Family Care are now looking for a method developer who wants to help drive our operations forward.
The activities work with the exercise of authority and cover the areas, LSS, Social Psychiatry, Elderly Care, Children and Young People, Financial Assistance, Domestic Violence, Fees and Addiction. In addition to employed caseworkers in the areas, there are also administrators, specialist caseworkers and first social secretaries in the activities. In the working groups, we are keen to look after each other and have a good community where people help each other.
As a method developer, you will work closely with and be supported by the heads of unit IFO/Assistance, senior social secretaries and specialist caseworkers. The position will be subordinate to the head of unit within the Assistance Unit.
Duties and responsibilities
- Participation in the quality management group for planning and review in the IFO/Assistance activities
- External monitoring of current legislation linked to the activities
- Review the need for the establishment of routines/checklists/guides and, if necessary, review revisions
- Assist SAS in the development of guidelines
- Contact with the person responsible for the quality management system for the need to revise processes and for dialog about introducing documentation or revising documentation in the processes.
- Support to Head of Unit IFO/Assistance in the implementation of new working methods and routines
- Based on the introduction of the New Social Services Act, participate in networks and be the "spider in the web" for the authority IFO / Assistance
The tasks may be adjusted in consultation with the head of unit.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have:
- Adequate university education, social worker, social care or equivalent
- Good experience and knowledge of the exercise of authority under the Social Services Act
- Knowledge of the laws that regulate the activities
- Experience in developing activities
- It would be an advantage if you have experience in most areas of social services
As a person, you are accommodating in your treatment and responsive to your surroundings. You work independently but also in close cooperation with colleagues. You have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing and are familiar with the Swedish language. You have a genuine interest in the field of activity and take a holistic approach, you understand context and the importance of long-term work. Other information
The position is a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension.
