Are you motivated by leading development and change work and working strategically? Then you have the chance to apply for a challenging assignment as a process manager in Älvsbyn municipality. The transition to the new Social Services Act, which aims to make social services more preventive, accessible and knowledge-based, is ongoing. We are now taking the next step in the work and are therefore looking for a process manager who can drive the work forward. The position is a project position for two years. As a process manager, you report to the Head of Social Services and you are part of the management team of the social services business area. DUTIES AND TASKS As a process manager, you will lead and coordinate the transition to the new law. You will work with both strategic and operational issues throughout the municipality. The transition is characterized by collaboration with other actors, and you will therefore work to continue to involve important collaboration partners in the work. The work means that you will work closely with the entire municipal administration and that you will be Älvsbyn's representative in various forums. You will be expected to follow the national work and monitor the surrounding world. The transition may involve both changes in working methods and a new way of organizing ourselves. Your task will be to produce documentation and proposals for decisions and to plan, lead and implement the changes to be implemented in close cooperation with the responsible managers. You are expected to take great personal responsibility and will have the opportunity to initiate and drive development issues together with employees and managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a university degree in the form of the social work program, social care program or other education that the employer considers appropriate. You also have a broad and multi-year experience in the field of social services, preferably in both the exercise of authority and enforcement. You have good analytical and strategic skills and can find new solutions to challenges. You are a good communicator and can work both independently and in close collaboration with others.
