Job duties Your main tasks include work ability assessments with mapping and documentation of individuals' conditions and need for interventions. You may establish individual plans and continuous follow-up of these. The duties also include coaching and support for individuals. You will work with participants within KAA (municipal activity responsibility for young people under 20), KAM (municipal labor market work) and within the project "Step forward" where you also get to be involved in practice and to support and develop methods and activities that are beneficial to the target group . You are responsible for your own matters and for driving processes forward together with the individual. The tasks also include collaboration meetings with other parties, planning and in some cases group or project activities.
