Do you want to be involved in developing labor market work in Älvsbyn municipality? The labor market unit is part of the Competence Center, which also includes adult education and integration. We collaborate internally within the municipality as well as externally with authorities and businesses so that citizens can grow and progress in studies and work. Job duties Your main tasks include work ability assessments with mapping and documentation of individuals' conditions and need for interventions. You may establish individual plans and continuous follow-up of these. The duties also include coaching and support for individuals. You will work with participants within KAA (municipal activity responsibility for young people under 20), KAM (municipal labor market work) and within the project "Step forward" where you also get to be involved in practice and to support and develop methods and activities that are beneficial to the target group . You are responsible for your own matters and for driving processes forward together with the individual. The tasks also include collaboration meetings with other parties, planning and in some cases group or project activities. Skills You need to have good ability to build and maintain relationships with participants and collaboration parties, create and maintain networks, collaborate. You also need to have the ability/experience to collaborate and work in a team, be flexible and solution-focused. Able to work independently and in a structured manner and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Meritorious to have worked with work testing or work ability assessment as well as training in interview methodology/working methods, e.g. MI, BIP and Supported Employment. Qualifications Licensed occupational therapist. Experience of having worked as an occupational therapist is desirable.
