Working hours are scheduled for day and evening. Weekend work occurs as well as lonely work. Work tasks Support and help the user in their daily life based on the granted intervention. You work from an individual perspective and the care recipient's implementation plan. Documentation is an important part of the work and some medical tasks are performed on delegation by the nurse. The work can be physically demanding. Qualifications Nursing and care program with a focus on disabilities or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience of working with the target group is an advantage. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability and qualities such as ability to cooperate, flexibility and responsibility.
