What’s the Challenge?
Our immediate goal is to explore data model development to start preparing for an early prototype development. We need a technical cofounder who can lead the technical development, refine our product, and ensure we meet these key milestones.
Expectations from the Candidate
We are looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven individual who can lead the technical vision of Waibloz. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the development of our digital products.
Quickly adapting to new technologies and challenges.
Collaborating closely with the business side to align technical and business goals.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have skills:
Proficiency in a programming language for data modelling (for example Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript).
Familiarity with AI and machine learning model training using platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in UX/UI design (for example React, Node.js, or Django).
Familiarity with DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with AI/ML or data analytics.
Previous experience in a startup environment or similar fast-paced setting.
Soft skills:
Leadership and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
