At our production facility in Alvik, Luleå, we produce personal lifts, slings and other accessories. Our products are used to lift and move people at nursing homes, special schools, hospitals and in homes all over the world. We won the Swedish Lean Award in 2021 so our Lean work and continuous improvements are a natural part of our business where you will have an important role.

About the position

We are now looking for an operator for the harness production at our operations in Luleå. Your main tasks will be to produce our slings. Our production consists of sewing the slings on several different sewing machines and ensuring the quality of the product. We won the Swedish Lean Award 2021 so our Lean work and continuous improvements are a natural part of our business where you will have an important role.

In our production in Alvik outside Luleå, we offer a clean and modern work environment with ergonomically adapted workstations. You will be part of a pleasant work group consisting of 17 employees of mixed ages. We offer lunch at a favorable price at our nearby restaurant and we have a staff gym and wellness allowance.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are responsible, reliable and open to change. To succeed in your work, you should be a good team player who can also work independently. Experience in sewing or working in a production is an advantage but not a requirement. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. Other qualities we value are that you are careful, structured and have a good ability to cooperate.

A requirement is that you must be 18 years old.

Employment form

Tillvidare that starts with 6 months of fixed-term employment. It is advantageous to have a driving license and your own car to be able to get out to Alvik as bus connections are limited.

Full time, working hours are daytime 7-16.
