As Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you develop existing processes and drive continuous improvements throughout the factory. You will lead and coordinate the work with BENTELER's Lean approach.

To succeed in the role, you need to be passionate about improvement work, flow optimization and problem solving. You work a lot in the factory and work closely with managers, team leaders and colleagues in production, and in other areas. Together you work to find innovative and better solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implement global internal Lean strategies
• Guide and train colleagues in Lean methods and tools.
• Monitor improvement projects for goals, schedules and methods
• Support production on layout design issues
• Monitor and report KPIs.
• Encourage sharing of best practices within the plant and with other facilities worldwide
• Coach employees to solve problems and be proactive.
• Be a role model for safety and quality thinking.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong operational and technical interest who is used to driving change to completion. You are a confident leader who appreciates good communication and collaboration. Furthermore, you are structured in your work and can prioritize and delegate tasks to others in the business.

As a basis, you need to have a relevant post-secondary education or work experience that we find equivalent. In addition to education, you need to have several years of experience working in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. You also have good experience of working with Lean and process development. It is essential for this position that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. It is also a requirement that you have a driving license B.
