Our maintenance department is in the middle of a development journey and we are now looking for a new maintenance planner. Do you enjoy improvement work, digitization and want to be part of a happy team? Then this could be the position for you!

As a maintenance planner, you are mainly responsible for planning maintenance efforts in our fleet. You meet daily and work closely with production, contractors, suppliers and others within the business. Together you work to ensure that we have a well-functioning business.

Examples of tasks:

• Planning and booking of maintenance work and service
• Contact with suppliers and contractors
• Orders and invoice management
• If necessary, distribute tasks within the team
• Work with cost savings
• Problem solving and improvement work
• Develop the maintenance department's management system

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have worked in a similar role or want to move on in maintenance work to an administrative position. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with improvement work or have experience as a leader.

As a large part of the work is administrative, you need to have good computer skills in the Office package and be used to working in other types of systems. It is advantageous if you have worked with SAP. Furthermore, you need to be able to make yourself understood in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.

Your personal qualities are important to us and it is above all the ability to plan and structure your work that determines whether you will be successful. You also need to be self-driven, take initiative and achieve results. Furthermore, you thrive with many contact surfaces and find it easy to collaborate with people at different levels both internally and externally.
