We are looking for a new Team Leader for our business. We have three different departments that specialize in different techniques; welding, CNC machining and forming.
In your department, you will be part of a team of team leaders who report to one of our production managers. The teams consist of 10-20 employees that you and other team leaders are responsible for managing.
The role of team leader is important as you both support and help your team while ensuring delivery to the customer. Your main tasks will be:
- Motivate, support and develop your team
- Plan staffing based on production needs and budget
- Ensure that the production plan is followed
- Ensure 5S and that other routines and BENTELER standards are followed
- Solve problems, handle improvement suggestions and answer questions from employees
As a team leader, you work 3 shifts.
Qualifications
The applicant needs to have
- completed upper secondary education
- several years of experience working in the industry and at least one year of experience in a senior position, for example as a team leader.
It is also a requirement that you can communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and that you have good computer skills.
If you have experience in welding, forming or CNC or from the automotive industry, it is highly advantageous. It is also advantageous if you have a B-driving license and can communicate in English.
Of course, you think it's fun to lead others and to see people succeed. As a person, you are also self-driven, unpretentious and good at communicating. Furthermore, you are a person who is open to change and has a good quality mindset.
