The Labor Market and Education Administration is also responsible for catering, cultural school and central Student Health. The administration comprises approx. 990 employees and is divided into 6 operational areas; preschool, primary school, upper secondary school, labor market and learning, nutrition services and the School Development Centre. The position as a communicator will belong to the labor market and education administration's administrative support and will be part of the administration's management team. WORK DUTIES As a communicator with us, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up communication efforts of various kinds. You will have a particular responsibility for developing internal communication and the business's ability to use communication as a strategic tool. This includes supporting the business by giving advice and coaching in communication matters, developing tools, templates, checklists and more. The work also includes developing messages, documents, publication in various channels, production and quality assurance of texts and ppt images that can be used by the administration's activities. In addition to work with internal communication, work with external communication may also occur. The work will largely require a high ability to take personal responsibility for final delivery and implementation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with university education in the field of communication and information or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience of working strategically and operationally with internal communication, preferably within public activities. Knowledge in change communication and message formulation is advantageous. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English. You are a skilled writer who has the ability to structure complex information, find the core, formulate and package messages well for the recipient. You have knowledge of the Adobe package for simpler design and video production and have some knowledge of various analytics tools. Basic knowledge of social media or other digital platforms, such as the web and intranet, is important as a large part of the communicative efforts are carried out digitally. We would like to see that you have some experience of planning and managing projects within your own organization. Experience in crisis communication is meritorious.
