The Labor Market and Education Administration is now looking for a security officer to coordinate, develop and implement the systematic work within security, civil preparedness and information security. WORK DUTIES As the Employment and Education Administration's security officer, you will support the administration's operations in the operational work based on legal requirements and local governing documents, which you are involved in designing. The work is based on a wide range of safety and security issues, this includes, among other things, questions about physical security, systematic fire protection work, information security, crisis preparedness and insurance issues. The assignment includes systematically working to ensure that the administration's operations meet legal requirements and the operations' goals for security and safety by, for example, initiating, supporting and raising knowledge about security issues in the operations. The position as security officer will belong to the Labor Market and Education Administration. In addition to cooperation with our operations, you will also have close cooperation with and support from security officers at other administrations in the municipality of Boden, as well as with employees in the Democracy, Communication and Security department who work with security issues across the municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in the area of ​​security, crisis preparedness or equivalent education that is deemed equivalent. You have experience in risk and/or security and/or information security work, preferably in public administration. To be successful in the role, you should have a good ability to lead and run processes connected to safety and security work in a structured way. You easily adapt to changing circumstances, are stable and keep your composure even in stressful situations. Furthermore, you take initiative, you plan, organize and prioritize your work and you make sure to achieve results. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English.
