Then you can read more here: www.boden.se/jobbaiboden WORK TASKS Björken's kitchen prepares lunch and dinner for nursing homes and lunch for the restaurant at Björken. The job involves creating good, safe and sustainable meals for our diners, large and small, to feel important through good service and professional treatment. You contribute with good cooperation with different actors in the workplace, are flexible, responsible and have the ability to work in a structured way. The assignment includes routines in the kitchen's self-monitoring based on its HACCP, portion statistics and cash management in the restaurant. We conduct workplace meetings where we share experiences, develop the business and work together with the work environment. The temporary position is full-time, working hours 38.25 hours / week, work 2 weekends out of 5. Temporary employment until 2025-04-30, with the possibility of extension. QUALIFICATIONS Trained chef or other training combined with experience in the kitchen, which the employer considers equivalent. Basic IT skills to manage orders, smartphone, HR systems and communication via email. Ability to orally and in writing hand over and receive documentation in Swedish and to work according to written routines. To thrive with us, you should be self-driven, careful and trustworthy. Meritorious is the upper secondary school's Restaurant and Food Program, knowledge of special food. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
