You will be responsible for developing methods to ensure that the analyses are up-to-date and relevant, using both quantitative data such as surveys and qualitative insights from, for example, business dialogues and meetings such as "business soft landing". Your work will also involve working closely with training providers and businesses to identify and address specific skills needs. A good understanding of the needs of the labor market and how the education and training system can be used to meet these needs is essential, preferably with experience from similar assignments. In addition, you should have experience in project management and method development, as well as good written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English.
