Then you can read more here: www.boden.se/jobbaiboden WORK TASKS As a cultural developer, you will play a key role in coordinating and developing cultural life in Boden. You are part of the management group for the culture unit, together with the head of culture, the director of the library, the Defense Museum, Boden's art gallery and Rödbergsfortet. You will work both strategically with developing plans and formulating goals, as well as operationally with meetings, dialogues, workshops and own arrangements. Another important part of your work is to promote local cultural life by processing and distributing support to cultural associations and other cultural actors. The work also includes providing guidance on how to form an association and what cultural grants are available to apply for. Your work also includes: Some marketing. Financial administration and archiving. QUALIFICATIONS Academic training in the field of culture or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral. Merits It is an advantage if you have experience in cultural management, association activities and have worked in a politically governed organization. Personal qualities We will attach great importance to your personal qualities. You should thrive on a constant process of development and change. We expect you to have a broad and deep interest in culture. It is an advantage if you find it easy to create good relationships and networks both internally and externally.
