Together with the principal, you are responsible for student health work in the unit's work teams. On behalf of the principal, you will, both independently or in the deputy principal's group, be responsible for and lead development processes within the school. You are interested in school development and have the student in focus for increased goal achievement. You see cooperation as a matter of course and have a willingness to find solutions together with students, teachers and colleagues. In the role of deputy principal, you will be a good ambassador for Björknäsgymnasiet, the Labor Market and Education Administration and for Boden municipality. In order to be relevant for this 3-year appointment as deputy principal, you are prepared to complete the principal program and consider a school leadership assignment if the need arises within the business. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a teaching degree and experience of working as a teacher. You are familiar with the school's governing documents. Experience of working with school development issues and managerial/leadership experience is an advantage. You enjoy working in a trust-based environment based on good communication and the ability to build good relationships. It is important that you have the ability to prioritize and structure your tasks and you complete these within specified time frames.
