Together with the principal, you are responsible for student health work in the unit's work team. On behalf of the principal, you will, both independently or in the deputy principal's group, be responsible for and lead development processes within the school. In the role of deputy principal, you will be a good ambassador for Björknäsgymnasiet, the Employment and Education Administration and for Boden municipality. In order to be relevant for this 3-year appointment as deputy principal, you are prepared to complete the principal program and consider a school leadership assignment if the need arises within the business. QUALIFICATIONS You are familiar with the school's governing documents. Experience of working with school development issues and managerial/leadership experience is an advantage. We want you to have a teaching degree and experience of working as a teacher. You enjoy working in a trust-based environment that relies on good communication and the ability to build good relationships. It is important that you have the ability to prioritize and structure your tasks and you complete these within specified time frames. You are able to adapt quickly and deal with changes and changing conditions that arise in the work.
