JOB DESCRIPTION As an Operations Coordinator with us, you will have a dynamic and important role where you will be the spider in the web of our rescue operations. You will plan, coordinate and ensure that our resources are ready to act when needed. You will lead our team leaders and build up a fifth shift team, where you will also have the daily management responsibility when they are on duty. You will also have an important responsibility for the coordination between our full-time station and the RIB stations in Boden municipality. This is a position where cooperation and trust are the cornerstones, and you will work closely with dedicated colleagues who always strive to improve operations. And yes, it gets more exciting, you are also part of the response leader readiness that will be built up, which means that during your emergency shifts you are ready to lead operations in our area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a fire engineer degree with additional training in rescue services (RUB) or equivalent experience as a fire inspector and have training in rescue management. In addition to your technical knowledge, you are a natural leader who is passionate about emergency services and wants to develop future solutions to deal with accidents.
