In the role of Group Leader at the Laundry Service, you will be part of the Work and Employment unit within the Labor Market and Education Administration. The laundry service handles home service laundry for those municipal citizens who have that decision. The laundry service also has an educational mission in offering work-training tasks to individuals who need support on their journey towards work or study. Often the individual is initially some distance from the regular labor market and the goal is to once again achieve self-sufficiency. The group leader supervises, coaches, structures and motivates the workers in their daily work tasks. Your work at the Laundry Service consists of two tasks - the actual laundry task and the educational task. These tasks intertwine in everyday life and can be described as follows: - In the laundry assignment, your task is to ensure that everyday life in the workplace flows and, if necessary, support the laundry work that is carried out. This may involve planning staffing and contacting our laundry customers when they have questions. - In your educational assignment, the task is to guide and support the individual around the needs they have. The most important task you have is to create confidence in you with the individuals and with the work group. It is with a relationship-building and low-effective treatment that we create security for the individual that enables them to take the next step in their development. We have a strong belief in the individual's will and ability, where people are self-sufficient and have a life where they can make independent decisions. The group leader works in close cooperation with the supervisor at the Laundry Service and you are each other's sounding board in the everyday work. The supervisor has the overall responsibility and creates good conditions for the work to be carried out and the group leader is responsible for the daily operation of the business. QUALIFICATIONS We hope that you are a careful, positive, creative and proactive person who sees opportunities even in small things. Given the target group we work with, it is important that you are unpretentious and have a solution-focused approach to your surroundings. You enjoy working in teams and contribute with your experience and skills to the development of the organization. We would like to see that you have experience of a supervisory role in the past and that you have worked professionally with individuals who are in need of various forms of coaching on their way forward in life. We would like you to have good knowledge of addiction, NPF and other mental disabilities. You will be part of a work team together with several colleagues. You may also have come a bit in your working life and are ready for a new challenge. Requirements: - Driving license for a car with manual transmission.
