We are looking for rehabilitation staff for Skogsgläntan.
Skogsgläntan is divided into two villas, one of which is SoL where you work with users with complex care needs regarding addiction and mental illness. The other villa works with users who belong to the LSS personal circle. These services relate to work in the LSS villa but if necessary you can support the other villa.

WORK TASKS
The role of the habilitation staff is to be a help engine in daily life. The user's needs determine the working day. This may involve providing assistance, support and guidance with personal hygiene, meals, medication, cleaning, leisure activities and social contacts. An important part of the job is to motivate the user to do as much as possible for themselves in order to develop their abilities.
Together with the individual, you will work to create motivation for change and for the individual to develop their abilities to handle difficulties based on new strategies in everyday life.
We work with an active contact person and place great emphasis on activities and a meaningful everyday life. It also includes: Providing help and support in household activities. Supporting, structuring the day and everyday life. Documentation, implementation plans and weekly plans. Mapping needs. Planning and participating in activities outside the home.
Nursing work occurs and it is scheduled working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education in the Care and Care Program or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
It is an advantage if you have a degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or vocational college (KY / YH) with a focus on social educational work or a degree from a university with a similar focus.
Previous experience of working in LSS is also a merit.
