WORK TASKS Within Housing and Support, you can work as a Habilitation Person, Rehabilitation Person, Care Assistant or Personal Assistant. Your clients may include both older and younger people with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in the user's own home, assisted living, short-term/leisure or a group home. Examples of tasks include supporting the user in their daily life, leisure time and care tasks. Within the Home Care Service, you will, as an Assistant Nurse or Care Assistant, perform care and care tasks in the user's own home. Examples of tasks include assisting with showering, dressing, preparing meals, making the bed, cleaning, ordering goods and escorting. In short-term accommodation, you work as an assistant nurse or care assistant. Examples of tasks include supporting the user with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals and care tasks, as well as tasks in rehabilitation and alternating care. In Retirement Homes, you will work as an Assistant Nurse or Care Assistant. Examples of tasks include supporting the user with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals and care tasks QUALIFICATIONS You must be at least 18 years old and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from the nursing program or equivalent, or if you have worked in the care sector before. For service as a care assistant, a suitable higher education is required. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of medication management and have had medication authorization. As a person, we want you to be flexible, sensitive to the needs of others, careful, service-oriented, solution-focused and have a good attitude. You will also work well with your manager, colleagues and other professionals, and you will be able to work both independently and in a team. During your shift, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care. A good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
