The job is varied because you meet people with different needs and conditions. The ability to collaborate is central to this position as we create the content of the activities together, and in relation to other activities and teams. To succeed in the assignment, it is important that you are curious and that you believe that there is a place for everyone in the labor market. In your assignment, you will work closely with social secretaries at the social administration as well as with a variety of employers in both the public sector and private industry. Through a trust-based approach, you will lead collaborative processes to support the individual on the path to self-sufficiency through work or study, or through a combination of work and study. Together with our network and partners, we create unique solutions that suit each unique person. In the role of labor market consultant, you become the security and support both the individual and the employer in internships or job training. You will also be in contact with external authorities and organizations such as the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the region in order to help people enter the labor market. In addition to working with individuals, you will also contribute to JobbCenter's business development, monitor results and quality, and manage documentation in JobbCenter's systems. QUALIFICATIONS You have a relevant university or college education such as, educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, social anthropologist, occupational therapist or other education/work experience that the employer considers equivalent. A few years' experience of working in the field of labor market policy and labor market measures is required, preferably from the Public Employment Service or actors who cooperate with the Public Employment Service.
