You have the ability to work independently, take initiative and work in a process-oriented manner. You have communication skills and knowledge of solution-focused conversation methodology or MI, motivational interviewing and experience of development and change work. You have a genuine interest in the mission to make people grow and take their place in society and the ability to drive collaborative processes through a trust-based approach. You are responsive and have a good ability to create trusting relationships in your work with the target group and the organizations and companies we collaborate with, and you are skilled in the professional conversation and driven in motivational efforts.
