At our labor market unit JobbCenter, labor market consultants, labor market coaches, SYV and refugee coordinators work together to create the best conditions for people on their way to their first job, another job or towards studies. JOB DESCRIPTION This project position is part of an ESF project called Green Future Competens 2.0. The aim of the project is to strengthen the collaboration between Boden and Luleå in the field of skills supply. Together with colleagues at JobbCenter, project management and city group from both Boden and Luleå, you will work to create sustainable structures for an attractive labor market region. Your main tasks are to; - Plan and implement initiatives that meet employers' needs for skills -Share and develop work on skills attraction in collaboration - Further develop cooperation with the Public Employment Service and local employers. You will be the main entry point to the national initiatives of the Employment Service to attract skills to the North. - Conduct industry-focused recruitment and training events that meet the needs of local employers, while showcasing the Boden/Luleå sites - Increase collaboration with various business promoters and existing networks in Boden that bring together employers. - Collaborate with adult education and private training providers QUALIFICATIONS You have an academic degree in behavioral sciences, sociology, political science or pedagogy and work experience in the field of labor market, such as support to employers, can work fluently in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have: - Experience of working in projects - Experience and knowledge of the work of the employment service and support to employers OTHER Please attach a teaching certificate or diploma.
