WORK TASKS
The role of Administration Manager is an important role for the municipality's management of the administration objects that exist in the municipality. We are now looking for a business-oriented management manager who works strategically and consultatively with Boden municipality's administrations to manage its IT support and develop the business with the help of IT. You will be responsible for management objects where you coordinate and lead a team consisting of management managers IT and business developers.
As a Management Manager, you will work closely with the business to manage and develop business support, system support, processes, documentation, routines and instructions linked to the municipality's management objects. The management manager also acts as support and advisor to information security coordinators, security officers and system specialists in the municipality on issues relating to the municipality's management objects. As a management manager, you also have contacts with the municipality's suppliers of operational systems and services.
You will lead and participate in various types of projects, risk analyses, procurements, feasibility studies and workshops. You will also participate in various collaboration forums with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work with continuous improvements, primarily linked to the management objects for which the unit is responsible, and you will also participate in the IT unit's business planning in order to drive the unit's processes forward towards the business's goals.
To help you, there are competent employees in your own unit and in the municipality's administrations, as well as a professional operating supplier who works with support, administration and operation of the municipality's IT infrastructure.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Head of Administration has a relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. Equivalent knowledge means, for example, vocational college, courses and certifications or documented experience, preferably from the public sector, in the field.
You have good organizational skills and a structured approach. You are methodical, able to take responsibility for your own daily work and able to work independently. You are service-oriented, have good interpersonal skills and are keen to establish and maintain good relationships.
In addition, good knowledge of Swedish and English is also required. You should also have a class B driving license.
Meritorious is also certification, knowledge and experience in:
- Public sector
- PM3
- Project work
