The activities at Rödbergsfortet tell the military-historical background of Boden's fortress, putting Boden and the forts (especially Rödbergsfortet) in an international, national and regional perspective. During the summer there are guided tours and a café.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a seasonal manager, you will be responsible for:
Daily operation of the business.
Scheduling and keeping contact with guides for the guided tours. You will also guide yourself when needed.
Marketing of the activities in collaboration with the Defense Museum Boden.
Café operations in the market with two employees.
Some administrative responsibility.
Delegated health and safety responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
B driving license
Access to a car
Meritorious
University degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on tourism, cultural heritage or history.
Experience of working with cultural and visitor facilities.
We would like you to have experience in a supervisory role
Experience in marketing.
Personal qualities
You can work independently, are stress-resistant and flexible.
You have a structured approach to work.
You are a clear communicator, with good social skills.
