The position is full-time, permanent and scheduled working hours; day, evening and weekend service. WORK TASKS As a nurse in Home Care, you plan and carry out medical treatment and nursing interventions for patients in ordinary housing. You also provide guidance and delegation to nursing staff. You are expected to be able to work independently and in interprofessional collaboration with other licensed professionals. Day, evening and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS You are a registered nurse. Specialist training in outpatient health care or geriatrics is an advantage. Experience of working in outpatient care or municipal health care is an advantage.
