The work of the administration is permeated by cooperation, holistic approach and efficient use of resources. Through good planning, the administration contributes to an attractive living environment that is sustainable in the long term from an ecological, social and economic point of view. The Public Works Administration consists of the following operational areas: Spatial Planning, Water, Sewerage and Waste, Streets, Parks and Forests and Real Estate, Environment and Construction. The Projects and Investment unit manages and coordinates the administration's new and reinvestments. The main task of Property Management is to provide cost-effective and operationally efficient premises for municipal operations on behalf of the Property Board. The administration must provide municipal operations with service in property matters and coordinate the municipality's premises planning. In addition, the administration offers services in the form of cleaning and janitorial services to other municipal administrations. WORK TASKS We are now looking for an Operations Technician Specialist for the Property Department where you will work with support to the three operating areas. The tasks of the operations technician specialist are to investigate and come up with solutions to the problems that may exist in the properties' installation systems in the specialist area. The specialist will also participate in all stages of investment projects to support design and delivery. The objective is to ensure that the installation systems function in a healthy, safe, economical and energy-efficient way to ensure that our tenants have a good indoor climate with the functions they require. On-call and stand-by duty are included in the service. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with post-secondary education as an operating technician in real estate or you have documented experience that is considered equivalent. Very extensive experience of working with either all parts of the ventilation system or a qualified electrician with broad knowledge and extensive experience is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with bath water treatment, IT systems for properties, for example alarms or communication. Computer skills and a B driving license are a requirement. Being able to work alone as well as in a group is a prerequisite for being able to do a good job, initiative, structure in the work are additional qualities that we are looking for.
