Then you can read more here: www.boden.se/jobbaiboden We are now looking for a driven and curious personnel consultant for the municipality's personnel department. The role of the HR department is to lead, develop and coordinate employer issues, as well as provide support to managers so that they can fulfill their employer responsibilities. The HR department shall contribute to ensuring that the operations have good conditions for achieving set goals with satisfied citizens and employees and for strengthening Boden municipality's employer brand. The HR department consists of 23 employees divided into a payroll unit and a personnel unit. DUTIES AND TASKS The task of our personnel consultants is to support the municipality's managers in employer issues. The assignment involves both administrative strategic and operational work with personnel issues. The assignment is aimed at one of our four administrations. Examples of processes that the personnel consultants support managers in are: recruitment, rehabilitation, labor law, work environment and health, negotiation, salary review and salary setting. As a human resources consultant, you will work closely with managers and contribute knowledge and interpretation of laws, agreements and guidelines in the field of human resources. The tasks also include working with certain personnel administration tasks. Improvement work within the personnel processes is a continuous work both within specific administration but also municipality-wide. As a personnel consultant, you will be supported by other colleagues in the personnel department in order to provide the best support to the administration's managers. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have an academic education in the field of human resources and a few years of experience working with human resources issues. You have good written and oral communication skills and a good knowledge of MS Office. You will be able to easily adopt new ways of working and you will have an interest in contributing to our digital development of tools and systems. Your role involves independent work and this means that you need to have initiative, be able to plan and prioritize. Your role also involves working with others, which means you need to be able to build trusting relationships and contribute with your expertise. You see opportunities and dare to try new things.
