WORK TASKS As a member of our staff, you will work independently and together with colleagues and the principal to develop the preschool based on the goals and intentions of the curriculum. You should be well acquainted with the governing documents, which you link to children's learning and our activities through a thematic/project-based approach and educational documentation. The focus is particularly on learning environments, language development/Bornholm model, mathematics/science/technology, IT/digital tools, aesthetic subjects and social skills. All work with the children and the adults' cooperation must be permeated by the preschool's core values, norms and values. It is important that you want to collaborate, have a holistic approach and are committed and solution-oriented in a positive way. You should be flexible and confident in your professional role and prepared to take responsibility and initiative to drive the preschool's development forward. Kristallkulan's preschool is open from 06.00-18.30 if needed and you are expected to be able to work all shifts and with children of all ages. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher or trained nanny and who are positive, creative and passionate about children's learning. You have the ability to work in a structured and flexible way when the situation requires it. You treat parents, children, colleagues and the principal with respect and sensitivity. You have a financially responsible approach. It is essential that you are able to cooperate and work in teams. You should be flexible, passionate about children's learning and teaching in early childhood education, open to new ways of working and contribute to creating a workplace with a pleasant, happy and positive working environment.
