Sävast preschool area consists of three preschools. Lunda preschool (8 portals) which opened in 2021, Tallbackens fsk (4 portals) which was renovated a few years ago and Örtavallens preschool (4 portals) which is facing a renovation in the future. The preschools look a little different where Lunda fsk has a common restaurant and square while the other two preschools work with buffet and common learning environments in relation to what the premises offer. The area is led by the principal together with the deputy principal and coordinator, where the coordinator assists staff in everyday issues such as schedules, special support and contact with guardians. The preschools work according to age, systematically document projects and development discussions in digital systems and there is an organization for collegial collaboration. The keys to our everyday work are developing children's language, creating teaching in everyday situations and treating each other well. So far, we have solved the holiday without vacation periods, instead we consult together where we help each other so that everyone mostly gets the desired vacation. WORK TASKS For the Sävast preschool area, we are looking for you who are a preschool teacher and want to work with children 1-5 years. You are expected to be positive and have a holistic approach. Together we find solutions to become strong together. You should be prepared to work in the preschool's opening hours and with children 1-5 years. Our preschools have high competence and you will have colleagues who strive to develop the business together with you. Your closest colleagues will be those in your team, 3 employees. Together you create teaching for your group of children, both with individual and joint planning time. You should be prepared to work the times the preschool is open. You will work towards the preschool's Curriculum and work to achieve increased goal achievement in a committed and positive way. You will use digital tools in the systematic quality work, whereby knowledge of digital tools is a requirement. It is important that you can see the whole picture and needs based on this, both regarding the child and the group of children and for the good of your workplace. Your treatment of children, guardians and colleagues is expected to be of high quality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. You should be flexible, cooperative and solution-oriented. It is important that you follow joint decisions and work for the best interests of children in relation to the conditions offered by the business.
