DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The position involves working in two different projects. In one, you are a part-time project manager throughout 2025. The project is a feasibility study to develop the conditions for a "Boden sustainability center" - an arena for innovation and development of sustainability. The initiator of the project is the municipality of Boden together with Stegra. The assignment involves leading and driving the feasibility study forward to a proposal for the establishment of Boden sustainability center, by exploring the possibilities in four different blocks; partners, business content, physical conditions and financing model. You are responsible for the preparation of all documentation and reporting in the project, as well as being a rapporteur in various forums that the project involves. In the second project, your role consists of tasks as a project employee. This project is led by Luleå University of Technology, and implemented together with them and Luleå municipality. This project aims to help subcontractors in the steel industry in Norrbotten to meet the requirements of a green transition through targeted training efforts and skills enhancement activities. Here, too, the assignment involves collaboration between academia, business and the public sector. Your assignment here runs throughout your employment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people with a college or university degree in education, communication, sustainability or business. You have documented experience of having previously worked in projects, with external funding, preferably in the role of project manager. You have good collaboration and cooperation skills with different stakeholders. As a person, you are thorough, communicative and energetic.
